My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to multiple issues, including a serious overcharge that left me frustrated. The room was nice and had a great bathtub, but the overall experience was marred by unprofessional service and mishandled communication. It was supposed to be a fun birthday getaway for my daughter but ended up being a stressful situation that required a lot of back and forth to resolve the problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there is hope for improvements in the future, but overall, it didn’t meet the standards I expected for a Hilton property.

While the hotel was undergoing renovations, which meant some areas needed updates, I feel that it didn't detract much from my stay, and I can see that things will only get better once the renovations are complete.
